requested in advance, and
with longer stays a 50% deposit
is required. The balance is
due upon arrival. Sorry, no
refunds are given after confirmed

between 2:00 pm and 7:00 pm.
Arrangements can be made for
earlier and later arrivals.

Departure:

Departure
is requested by 10:00 am.
Bayside’s parking area
is available to departing
guests until mid-afternoon
on day of check-out.

Cancellations:

Deposits
are refundable, less a $20
handling fee if cancellation
is received 14 days or more
prior to arrival date.
