PayPal:

I now use PayPal for secure online ordering. You do not need to sign up for Paypal to make a purchase from me. I will also accept a check, just please make it out to: Mary Saltmarsh Studio.

If you do not want to use Paypal, I will accept a check but please contact me to discuss arrangements. Click the Contact Me link to e-mail or phone me.

Confirming Your Order:

I will send you an e-mail to confirm I received your order and will also send you one when your order has shipped.

Shipping your Order:

I use USPS for shipping your order. When you order a complete lamp I will be shipping the shade and base separately to protect the shade from damage.

Return Policy:

I want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not, contact me within 7 days of receipt for authorization to return item for a full refund. However, shipping charges are not refundable. Please measure carefully for shade size when ordering a botanical lamp shade. A diagram for measuring shades can be found on the Lampshade products page.

Custom Orders:

For custom orders, please contact me by e-mail. Custom orders will have added cost and are not returnable.
