Here are a bunch of short race clips, most are around 15 seconds so they go by pretty quick.
Thanks to
NEBSRA for letting us behind the "line of death" to get these clips.
NEBSRA hosts another great event!
Our day began early, by 8:30am we were on the road from Maine to Boston. We didn't get back until midnight.
NEBSRA let us set up a table where we could work on our sanders and talk to people about the up coming races in
Maine. Thanks to everyone who stopped by to chat with us! We'll send out race updates to the good people
who gave us their e-mail address and we hope to draw a few of you up to our neck of the woods!
CMPTRA did well at the races. Mad Max took second place in the modified division. The "monster" called Morning Wood was a bit fragile, but when it ran - it ran fast!!! It stayed together long enough to take first place, giving us a nice show of green electrical "fire" along the way!
Our good friend Zachlie from White House Lumber in Waldoboro Maine took 2nd in the stock division and CMPTRA's own "Energizer" took 3rd place. No one can knock off NEBSRA's "Vision Thang" though! Two years running, "Vision Thang" is the champion of the stock division!
The Sam Adams Brewery once again donated the beer, much to the appreciation of everyone in attendence! I was happy to see that they even had a sander in the race. Sam Adams has been a constant supporter of the NEBSRA race and they were rewarded with the "Life Time Achievement Award" at the end of the night.
