With the exception of Aunt Ethel's
and Mamie's modest village homes, all seasonal cottages have heat, fireplaces, phone service,(FREE local calls) TV/
VCR/DVDs. Several cottages offer satellite TV. Linens and dishes are provided. There are plenty of blankets for those cool
Maine summer evenings :^) FREE internet access at Hall Quarry Cottages and at the local
library. FREE Island Explorer bus service.
Aunt Ethel's 2
bedroom home has Range, Refrig, microwave, small appliances. Linens, dishes,TV, heat. Mamie's 3 bedroom home (2 bedrooms
plus sofa bed in den) also has a full basement with laundry.
Cottage
rentals are normally Saturday to Saturday. *Pro-ration based on availability.
Cottages are available after 5 PM on arrival day. Departure time is 10 AM.
To Reserve a cottage, 50% rental deposit is due with the signed confirmation.
The balance plus sales tax and $200.security deposit (for new guests) are due on arrival.** VISA/MC Accepted. *Pro-rated
when available. $175@ -$200@ Day plus tax. (3 day minimum)
