  • Married Adelaida Gaviria Correa, June 1996
  • Received NYC's Hexter Award for Excellence in Teaching, 1998
  • Written up in New York City's Best Middle Schools, 1999
  • Returned to Bowdoinham, June 2000
  • Teaching in M.S.A.D. 75 schools, including Bowdoin and Bowdoinham, 2004-present
