The following questions are being asked of you so that the right puppy and the right placement of each puppy are being made.  BEFORE a choice is made, I hope that you understand that the animal's welfare must be my foremost consideration in his or her placement.  Please answer the following questions as completely as you can, and send me an email with your responses.    Thank you for your patience and understanding.
