1.What are Flavor Chips?
Flavor chips are small pieces of wood from aromatic trees that are used
to smoke food.
2. How do I use flavor chips in my gas grill?
Spread the chips in a shallow pan. Place the pan
directly on the flavorizer bars. Turn the burner(s) to low. Check back often to make sure the chips are
smoking not burning. (You may want to soak the chips in water for 30 minutes before use.) Follow your recipe.
3.My chips are on fire!
Keep your heat low and soak fresh chips in water for 30 minutes prior to use.
Drain, then follow #2.
