Zone 4 Team Drawing Areas

2/8/07

1.      Each Team must have a base school

2.      Player’s parents must reside in the drawing area on or before March 31

3.      Other schools or areas may be assigned to a team

4.      Residence takes preference over school attended except Andrews ,Nova Seafood and Cheverus..

5.      For a school or town not assigned to a team, player must try out for the team whose base school is nearest to his parent’s residence.

6.      Zone 4 does not use National optional rule 4C.

Individual Team Drawing Areas

1.      Andrews  *Portland High- Portland residents not attending Deering or Cheverus.(Portland)

2.      St.Louis  * Biddeford High School.

3.      Bonanza    * Sanford High-Massabesic.(Sanford,Alfred,Waterboro,Lyman)

4.      Cheverus  *Cheverus High School only. (players outside Portland have initial irreversible choice for either Cheverus or nearest  team to Parents residence.

5.      Morrill Post  *South Portland High-Cape Elizabeth H.S..(So.Portland,C.E.)

6.      Cumberland   *Greely--Yarmouth-.Freeport,  (Pownal and Durham if they attend Greely)

7.      Falmouth *Falmouth High school

8.      Manchester Post 60   —*Westbrook High (Westbrook only)

9.      Fayette-Staples  #57-*Thornton Academy  ,OOB High School (,Saco,Dayton,Old Orchard)

10.  Nova Seafood *Deering High School-Portland residents not attending Portland or Cheverus(Portland)

11.  Libby-Mitchell Post #76  *Scarborough High--- (Scarborough,Bonny Eagle High)

12.  Noble--*Noble High School-.-(Berwick, No. Berwick, Lebanon,)

13.  Gorham—*Gorham High School

14.  Staples Crossing—*Marshwood High School--Traip Academy(South Berwick,Eliot. , Kittery)
