Rates for renting our Vacation Condo vary by the season:

Full Week Any 7 days	$975*	$800*

* A refundable damage deposit of $200 applies. Rates do not include 9% NH Tax. Minimum stay of 3 nights on holiday periods 

Holiday Rates:

Christmas Week: $1200

February School Vacation: $1200

Check-In: 3 PM; Check-Out: 11 AM

Cancellation policy:

31+ days notice = 100% refund

15-30 days notice = 50% refund
