PROXXON Tilting Arbor Table Saw FKS/E

The ideal tool for straight, miter and bevel cuts. Usable on any wood type, non-ferrous metal or  plastic.  This saw is suitable for all of all your scale miniature work from crown moldings to tiny quarter scale accessories.  It is so versatile and durable that it is frequently used by model builders, toy makers, architects and even cabinetmakers. The smallest items may be cut cleanly, safely and accurately. The Proxxon FKS/E routinely cuts parts to within a few thousands of and inch leaving an edge that requires no sanding with low noise levels and little vibration.

      sliding. The table has two miter guide slots.
    *An extension wing is housed integrally and pulls out to
      create an even more effective table width up to 19-5/8"
      (500mm) to handle longer workpieces.
    *The drive unit has quiet DC motor and toothed Optibelt for
      high torque.
    *The On/Off switch and the electronic variable speed
      control knob are located conveniently on the front panel.
      Speed can be set from 4,400 - 6,800 rpm.
    *The blade arbor has ball bearings.
    *Tilting arbor for bevel cuts up to 45°.
    *Side door to conveniently remove saw dust.
    *Graduated miter guide (0-90º) for angle cuts.
    *Accurate full table rip fence available for straight cuts.
    *Cuts wood up to 1" at 90º and 3/4" at 45º
    * Includes: A  3-5/32" (80mm) diameter, 1/16” (1.6mm) kerf

ZERO CLEARANCE INSERTS for straight and bevel cuts make fine work safer and easier.

PRECISION HOLLOW GROUND BLADE SYSTEM  is  needed for smooth cuts with no sanding required.

FULL TABLE FENCE locks in place easily and accurately for precise ripping.  Makes saw exceptionally easy to use.

SLIDING TABLE Effectively enables cutting long or wide sheets safely and easily.  Includes stop for accurate multiple cuts.

SLIDING TABLE FOR MITERS.  Is used for cutting picture frames and dollhouse molding trim quickly and accurately.  Two side system  is efficient for moldings.

MITER ARM WITH STOP.  Used for making multiple cuts the same length across the grain.  Made of durable polycarbonate.  Set up is rapid and secured with a positive finger knob.

TAPER JIG.    Cap screws secure the two arms of the fixture solidly. Used for cutting taper legs and angled parts quickly and accurately.

FINGER JOINT JIG.  These are the interlocking joints that resemble through dovetails. The jig is used with an .064” blade.  Supplied with a drawing and instructions.

TAPER LEG SLIDING TABLE.  It is very difficult to hold a leg blank with the conventional taper jig.  We have developed a sliding table to do this easily and safely.  The fixture works with legs that are 1/8” to 
1/4” thick.
