The Director:
Daniel Whittaker has done bodybuilding and bodysculpting since the late 70s/early 80s. He starting
at home as a skinny teen, then later did his training in Gold's Gym and World Gym in Southern California.
He assisted the senior researcher at a foremost American nutrition laboratory. His studies and interests included nutrition, supplementation, physiology, improving
human health and performance, and the science of exercise.
For many years, Daniel was responsible for the physical training of US Marines on certain elite
teams - including those who were under and over weight.
Daniel has
taught, researched, and written about complete nutrition diet mini-farming (Bio-Intensive Sustainable Mini-farming) with
an emphasis on optimal nutrition while engaged at the world headquarters of Ecology Action.
He is a volunteer moderator for one of the largest on-line international Fitness
and Bodybuilding forums where he supports the training goals of upward of 3,500 youths and adults.
He has been a Personal
Trainer for decades and has also done Personal Lifestyle Coaching, Wellness Consulting, and performed interventions
for families and individuals. He has assisted in creating and maintaining lifestyle changes dealing with weight
loss, weight gain, over and under eating, energy and vitality issues, mental clarity and focus issues, goal setting and attainment,
Candida, Celiac, allergies, behavioral issues, insomnia, Multiple Chemical Sensitivity, PTSD, depression, stress, ...and
many other issues.
Daniel is currently attending California State University, Los Angeles, where he is studying Exercise
Science and Bioscience and assisting with research in the University Human Performance Laboratory. He is the recipient
one of two Certificates of Honor awarded by his College in recognition of exceptional academic achievements, and he has been
inducted into both Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society and Golden Key International Honor Society.
