Raindrops |

Raindrops is an example of the
effects you can achieve in fused glass when you mix different materials. In
this case, small snippets of dichroic glass were placed between a clear
background and a sheet of black iridescent in the foreground. When fired in the
kiln, the dichroic glass released small gas bubbles which then collapsed,
leaving a look that reminds me of raindrops hitting dark shimmering water. 16 inch SOLD |
