NIA with Louise Nufield

NIA is a fun, high energy, body integrating expressive movement class that incorporates dance, yoga and the martial arts.  Louisa Nufield has been a white belt licensed instructor of NIA for three years and has been a bodywork practitoner for 25 years, now practicing out of Bodhi Wellness Studio.

Online Research Tools for Young Adults

The Vermont Online Library offers several databases for young researchers.  The Junior Edition is designed for students in junior high/middle school and provides access to a variety of indexed and full-text magazines, newspapers and reference books for information on current events, the arts, science, popular culture, health, people, government, history, sports and more.  Click on the link above and check the JUNIOR EDITION box to search this database.
