Located in a four-season recreation area and a worldwide destination known for spectacular fall foliage, down to earth
living, and maple syrup; the "Northeast Kingdom" is a paradise for outdoor enthusiasts.
Nestled in the "Northeast Kingdom" of Vermont is a beautiful 215-acre lake called Miles Pond. Ideally situated for Sunsets
and Views is our three-season two bedroom cottage renovated to maximize comfort and enjoyment. The cottage kitchen, livingroom,
and dining area provide wonderful lake and mountain views through large windows. The cottage interior is all natural pine
accented with a gas "wood stove".
Watch the Loons from the large deck or enjoy the included canoe and kayak. Swim from the cottage private beach or nearby
public beach. Hike or bike the nearby trails to explore the area. Fishing, boating, or hiking are all at your doorstep.
The quaint New England towns of Vermont and New Hampshire - in addition to the majestic White Mountains - are all nearby.
A library of novels, autobiographies, non-fiction, compact disc movies, and regional tourist & hiking guidebooks all await
you.
The main bedroom has Lake Views and each room has a full bed; the living room has a leather couch w/ recliners, rocking
chair, entertainment center, and coffee table. A Futon also is available for the fifth or sixth guest. An outside BBQ Grill
is included. The cottage is situated on a large lot with ample parking. Maximum occupants: 6
The cottage is respectfully a non-smoking rental. The cottage is professionally cleaned between guest visits. Your peaceful
visit includes linens, kitchen utensils and appliances to make your stay pleasurable. A TV, DVD Player, Stereo, and Telephone
with an answering machine are available for your use.
