PART II. MATERIAL INFORMATION RELATIVE TO THE PROFESSIONAL RELATIONSHIP:

A. Philosophy, theory and principles of financial planning to be utilized:

My approach to personal financial planning is to obtain from clients significant financial and other information including attitudes, goals and objectives; to analyze the information obtained in order to develop alternatives for the client’s consideration that may facilitate the attainment of his or her goals; to educate the client about the implications of selecting a particular alternative and to implement the alternatives selected by the client if requested to do so.

B. Description of financial planning services to be provided:

Complete financial plan covering the areas of investment, tax, retirement, estate and insurance planning. Scope of work typically includes a final written report, two fact finding interviews and one follow up consultation.

C. Method of compensation:

My compensation is on a fee-only basis. Fees will be billed to you at an hourly rate of $110. The total cost for the service outlined above is expected to be in the range of $950.
