While I have done a lot of this research, I can not take all the credit.  It is really a compilation of work done by many cousins I have had the pleasure of meeting on the internet.  In the course of doing this research, I've discovered that I have many more relatives than I ever thought possible and hopefully I will have the opportunity to meet many more!
