Counseling, Consulting and Coaching.

Our Mental Health Counseling Division, which we consider to be the major part of our work, we spend much of our time working with people around issues that they choose to work on.  We work together on solutions, triggers, family traps and challenges that continue to come up for the client.  We use simple yet often overlooked methods of gently teaching the client ways in which they can live differently.  The environment is quiet, peaceful, and often times a place for clients to unload and let go.

Our Doula (Pre and Post Birth Support) division is geared towards optimal support of the mother and her partner.  You can find more information about what Sharon's work is all about on our website.  Simply go to the navigation bar and click on Childbirth Support.

Organizational Consulting

Organizational assessment and interventions are to optimize effectiveness. We aspire towards a collaborative environment where we investigate corporate/non-profit culture change and change projects at the organizational level.  We do this by determining strengths, optimizing resources, and advocating towards best practice.  Our work is research based so, there is a discovery period where we get to know your work, as well as your organizational culture, to determine best possible strategies, while taking the above into consideration.  Assessments and results will guide us through vision planning and setting up future strategies towards success!

Our strengths are:  Finding barriers to success, determining weak areas, and best practice in leadership.  We don't profess to know everything but we will certainly help you achieve positive movement forward.
