Counseling Clients: Important Notice: Cancellation or Missed Appointment
Policy:
Should you not be able to make your visit with us, this policy is that you notify
us as soon as possible, no later than 48 hours before hand. You will be expected to pay a
nominal rate of $45 dollars in the event that you cancel without sufficient or reasonable appointment
cancellation--and this is NOT covered by your insurance and IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY. We must enforce this policy
because we schedule many appointments in advance thus, without advance courteous notice, our schedule could potentially be
adversely affected by a sudden or missed appointment. As well, missed appointments affect our overhead costs which result
in higher rates for our clients. We hope you understand that this policy is as much for our clients as it is for us.
This policy will ensure that we are available to those who need it most. Thanks for your cooperation with this policy.
Individual Counseling:
$125.00 Hourly
Group or Family Counseling:
$50.00 Per Person at no less than $75 Per Session.
Sliding Scale Fee (lowered payments towards
services) available and to be discussed and agreed upon with client before first visit. Our sliding scale option
is the BEST option available as it allowes for the most creative and ethical therapy. If you think you can pay out of
pocket, this is our preferred method of payment and we are willing, and able, to honor a significant reduction in payment
for services. Highly recommended.
Consulting rates will be determined on an individual
basis.
