HE Series Turnbuckle (Hook and Eye Terminations)
These turnbuckles allow the quick removal of the rig, and easy connection to existing eyes on your boat.
Various sizes and thread configurations can be manufactured.
The P/N 10019HE turnbuckle uses #2-56 threading. The body length is 1.00inches and the diameter is 0..19 inch.
The P/N 15025HE4-40 turnbuckle uses 4-40 threading. The body length is 1.50 inches and the diameter is 0.25 inch.
Either HE type turnbuckle is priced at $13.50 each.

May 2006: Pond boat turnbuckles are now supplied with a locking nut.
Model Yacht Fittings has turnbuckles for pond boats which are similar to the vintage
"Fisher # 580" style. These units may be used when the rigging is removed for transportation and the turnbuckle
parts are fixed and can not be lost. It is similar to turnbuckles used over the last number of decades by most pond
boat modelers.
P/N: MYF-TB-PB1 has a take-up length which is approximately 5/8
inch . The shackle is secured with 0-80 hex bolt hardware. The eye threading is 2-56. The turnbuckle
body is machined from 5/32 hex stock.
P/N is MYF-TB-PB1 and is priced at $13.50each.

This item uses 4-40 threads with 3/4 of an inch travel on the eye, and a large shackle held with a 2-56 hex bolt and nut.

EXTENDED LENGTH
TURNBUCKLE
This item is like the standard PB2 turnbuckle. The eye threading is #4-40 and the shackle uses a #
2-56 hex bolt, however the threaded length is 1 1/4" minimum. This allows for more adjustment, and less chance of becoming
undone due to high vibration during sailing.
The cost for this item ( PN: MYF-TB-PB2-XL) is $15.50 each, for quanities of 8 or less. The added
cost is due to more material and more complicitaed machining.

SHROUD AND STAY PLATES
The tripple and single chain plates are similar to the Fisher plates and do have the same mounting dimensions.
These plates have a flush back, unlike the old standard plates built over the decades. The base is 1/16 inch thick and
5/16 inch wide. The loops will take either the TB1 or TB2 pond boat turnbuckle.

SHROUD PLATES
LARGE SERIES TEES
A new series
of shroud plates is available for larger boats from forty inch on up to "J's" It is machined from
a 3/8" by 1/2" bar ans has .156" diameter holes to to take the larger shackle of the PB-2 series turnbuckles.
They are available with 1, 3, 5, 7, or 9 holes. The lengths are from 5/8" for the single hole to 3 1/2" long
for the nine hole unit.

The SP-2
style shroud plates are machined from solid brass stock and offer a more modern look than the Fisher type. The SP-2-Single
is 1.00" long, and the SP-2-Tripple is 1.50" long. Both have mounting holes for #2 screws, and the side holes
are 0.156" diameter and will accept either the TB1, TB2, or TB2-Xl pond boat turnbuckles.

FAIRLEADS
| P/N: MYF-DFT-1 |

This deck feed thru fairlead, PN: MYF-DFT-1, is designed to be mounted through your deck using
a 1/4 inch hole. This part will mount in deck thicknesses of 1/16 to 3/8 inch. The total fitting length
is 1.25 inches long, threading is 1/4-28 and includes the brass nut. The thru hole is 5/64 inch diameter with
both ends having radius for smooth sheet travel. The deck side of this item looks simular to a
winch and has flats to use a 9/32 inch wrench for holding while the nut is tightened.

This new fairlead is 3/4 inch long and has #10-32 thread. It is almost flush to the deck
or mounting surface. The fairlead is supplied with two washers and hex nut.

New deck eyes are available. The smaller one shown has # 2-56 threads, and the larger has
# 4-40 threads. Both come with two flat washers and hex nut.

The deck mounted eye has a 1/16" thick by 1/4" wide plate, which may be mounted with # 2 screws.
This item is great for controlling sheets and other lines on deck.

HALF BAND GOOSENECKS
NEW DESIGN
This half-band gooseneck is available for various mast and boom diameters. The picture shows is for a mast diameter
of 5/8 inch and a boom diameter of 3/8 inch. Variations of this design can be ordered. The sail shackle shown

ADJUSTABLE BOOM VANG
Solid , adjustable boom vangs can be made for any size boat model. I have standard models for
boats from 24" to the 100" J boats.
The adjustable solid boom vangs are companions to the flat mounted goosenecks. more detail
pictures may be seen on the gooseneck page. Boom vangs may be made with various configurations of mast and boom mounts.

JIB RACKS Jib racks come in two standard sizes. for larger model use the new TEE sections show above on the page.
The smaller racks are shown below. SMALLER RACKS This jib rack is 2.50 inches long and
mounting is with six 1/16 diameter holes. The nine rack holes are also 1/16 diameter. It is machined from solid

SMALL JIB RACK This jib rack is 1.50 inches long and mounting is with six 1/16 diameter holes. The six
