Q: When do ribbons get mailed out?

A: We start mailing them out February 1. Then, we mail out in batches 5 days after we receive a preregistration form.

Q: Can I come if I don’t preregister?

A: Of course. Just show up and register at the door.

Q: I’m taking square dance classes now. Can I come and dance?

A: The mainstream hall is designed for beginning dancers taking classes in this 2008-2009 season.

This hall is also designed for anyone who enjoys dancing at the mainstream level.

Q: I preregistered, but now I can’t attend for an important reason. Can I get a refund?

A: Our policy is your satisfaction. You can either get a refund check sent to you,

or we will register you for the festival for the following year, whichever you prefer.
