Jacksons of Piccadilly - Earl Grey

Ingredients: A traditional blend of fine teas enriched with the flavour of bergamot.

Tea format: Individually packaged and sealed bags with strings.

Where to get it: I bought this tea in a gourmet shop in Harvard Square in MA thats name escapes me at the moment. You can check out the Jacksons web page, but they sell in UK currency. You can order their teas from the Baltimore Coffee & Tea Co..

Comments: A light version of Earl Grey. The amount of bergamot in this tea is right on, and its astringency is not out of control. A smooth, pleasant cup, though it tastes slightly too "watery." This might be better suited to brewing in a teacup instead of larger cups like mugs.
