The Essex Junction Lions Club has received a permit and is in the process of fund-raising to redevelop Memorial Park in front of the Essex Junction Municipal Building adjacent to the "Five Corners" intersection. The project involves the construction of a fountain, eternal flame, monument wall and flag poles. (Contact Person: Ann Gray, Essex Junction Lions Club Fund-raising Chairperson, 878-4088.)
