Date Rated: February 2004 Ingredients: Tippy Chinese black tea with a double shot of oil of bergamot. Tea format: Loose tea in a metallic bag. Where to get it: Dragonwater was kind enough to send this tea to me. You can order some on their web site. Recommended Preparation: Steep 2 (not rounded) teaspoons of loose tea for 5 minutes. (10 oz. cup) Comments: This is a strong-bodied Earl Grey with no astringency and a medium amount of bergamot. Reminds me a bit of Upton's Earl Grey.
