Date Rated: March 2005
Ingredients: Chinese black tea with oil of bergamot and lavender flowers.
Tea format: Loose tea in a metallic bag.
Where to get it: I purchased this tea from Dragonwater's web site. You can order some too!
Recommended Preparation: Steep 2 (not rounded) teaspoons of loose tea for 5 minutes. (10 oz. cup)
Comments: This is a medium-bodied lavender Earl Grey. It is smooth, with no astringency, but is just a bit too "watery." I'd prefer a stronger-bodied tea.
