From The Boston Globe (April 1996): Awash in yellow and crimson, the Harborview Lounge offers a lovely view of Boston's waterfront. Choose between cream tea, complete with two warm currant scones, real Devonshire cream and fruit preserves; light tea, which includes the scones plus strawberries with brown sugar and sour cream; and complete tea, which rounds out the latter with cucumber and salmon sandwiches and bite-size European pastries. For children, the hotel offers two Saturday seatings of complete tea ($20, tax and gratuities included) accompanied by a play put on by the Boston Children's Theatre.
