Date Rated: May 2003 Ingredients: Chinese Mutan White tea with lemony natural Bergamot. Tea format: Loose tea in a resealable bag. Where to get it: Harney & Sons was kind enough to send this tea to me. A Harney & Sons catalog is available by calling 1-800-TEA-TIME. This tea is also orderable on the Harney & Sons web page. Comments: It was hard to measure this tea since it is so full-leafed. I tried my normal 2 teaspoons, and even 1/4 cup (!), but this tea was still too light for my tastes even after steeping 5 minutes. If it weren't so light it would have had 4 stars.
