Date Rated: December 2003 Ingredients: A delicately scented blend of large leaf black teas and oil of bergamot. Tea format: Loose tea in a reusable canister, or bags without strings. Where to get it: Mark T. Wendell was kind enough to send this tea to me. You can order some on their web site. Recommended Preparation: Steep 2 (not rounded) teaspoons of loose tea for 4 minutes. (10 oz. cup) Comments: This is a nice, light Earl Grey with a medium amount of bergamot.
