Date Rated: March 2005 Ingredients: None given. Tea format: Loose tea. Also tea bags. Where to get it: The Metropolitan Tea Company was kind enough to send this tea to me. Since they are a wholesale tea supplier, you can learn about them at their web site, but you'll have to order somewhere else, and I don't know a merchant that offers this tea. E-mail me if you find one. Recommended Preparation: Steep 2 (not rounded) teaspoons of loose tea for 5 minutes. (10 oz. cup.) Comments: Automatic kudos for being organic. This is the best Earl Grey from the Metropolitan Tea Company. It is a medium-bodied tea with a medium amount of bergamot and no astringency. Other Great Teas from this Company: Baroness Grey, Crème de la Earl Grey, Decaffeinated Earl Grey, Earl Grey, Russian Earl Grey, Versailles Lavender Earl Grey |
