Date Rated: November 2005 Ingredients: Thai lemon grass and Spanish orange infuse premiun Earl Grey. Tea format: Loose tea. Where to get it: The Metropolitan Tea Company was kind enough to send this tea to me. Since they are a wholesale tea supplier, you can learn about them at their web site, but you'll have to order at The Celtic Treasure Chest, which is the only place I can find that sells this tea. If you know of another one, let me know. Recommended Preparation: Steep 2 (not rounded) teaspoons of loose tea for 5 minutes. (10 oz cup.) Comments: This is a light-bodied, citrusy Earl Grey with no astringency. A nice, mild tea.
