Date Rated: September 2003 Ingredients: Tea from Sri Lanka scented with oil of bergamot. Tea format: Loose tea in a resealable bag, and individually packaged bags with strings. Where to get it: Ten Tea was kind enough to send this tea to me. You can order from their web site. Recommended Preparation: Steep 2 (not rounded) teaspoons of loose tea for 4 minutes. (Mug-sized cup.) Comments: A nice cup with a light amount of bergamot. For some reason, the bagged version of this tea has a little more bergamot than the looseleaf (which barely as any).
