Hi All!
Today marks the beginning of a new year for Dave and I. It was a year ago today that Dave was diagnosed with leukemia. We remember only too well him coming home from the doctor and telling me. We were both as unprepared as a person can be to receive news like that.
We waited to tell most of you until we were okay with it ourselves, or as okay as we would ever be. Telling you all was the hardest thing either of us has ever had to do. But from the time we told you, you were all wonderfully supportive. We couldn't ask for better families and friends.
As we begin this new year, with many painful memories, we'd like to thank each of you for all you have done for us. Without you, this journey would have been so much harder.
