March 13, 2000 -- Day 4
Another Monday in Boston. At least today is sunny. A bit chilly, but better than a rainy cold day.
Dave is having a good day. He's been awake most of the day, playing Tetris on the GameBoy, doing puzzles, going for walks. This is the first time he's felt like talking on the phone, and he dictated an e-mail message to me this morning.
The doctors are still pleased with his progress. They're keeping an eye on his counts, and will start giving him hormones that will boost his cell production. It's been an interesting process.
Not much more to tell you. Lois and I made it to IHOP and back today without incident and without having to walk half the city. I'll have Boston under control in no time!
