March 28, 2000 -- Day 19 -- Getting better all the time!
Hi all, it's Dave reporting today. Allison has been doing such a great job reporting on our adventure that we decided to give her a day off, so you're stuck with me.
Every day is a little better than the day before. I'm feeling much better (psychologically) since getting out of the hospital and my isolation room, now I know what prisoners in jail must feel like.
I went to my doctor's yesterday and he said I was doing great (his words). I have to go back to the clinic on Thursday for one more check-up and if all is well, we can go home.
Many thanks to Audra who has been getting our house ready for my return -- we both really appreciate all of her work for us while we were away, and to Tina, Arnold and all of our neighbors who have been keeping an eye on our house -- we knew it was safe with you all there.
