As the days get shorter and the nights get longer, winter sets over the land. 32 degrees,
and I'm thinking, just how cold will a video camera work in? To find out we trudged to a nearby Island, and made several
sweeps of 3 out of the four smallish cemeteries. The first one we drove by, did'nt look to have any easy access, due
to the freshly fallen snow. So it was on to the second one.
A small family cemetery, and the camera turned out wouldn't take photos at 32. The video
for some reason still worked, so I took a few pans and the trusty Olympus digital recorder always seems to work no matter
what the weather or temp, so the EVP's were still a go. The sun, seemed to be a little brighter then usual on that cold
morning, and did tend to cast strange but explainable light phenomena. At one point even casting beams of bright green
light, almost as if the heavens were taking pot shots at me. Satisfied that we could still do a pretty thorough investigation,
we moved on to the second of the 3.
Another even smaller family plot, and we were drawn to the back of the cemetery, a lone grave
outside the fence. So of course I'm thinking, likely canidate. We managed a weak evp, and it was on the the larger
of the 3.
This time encouraged by the previous cemeteries, we parked down the road and walked back to
the 50+ grave cemetery, that we had first passed. The video seemed to flicker, at a certain gravestone, which I had
to blame on the cold, After another sun-beam special, which always seemed to hit one stone, and a few more EVP's. We
called it a day. That and I was stupid enough to wear boatshoes, in the 4 inch deep snow, and my feet were cold and
wet. Below is our findings, plus some of the rays of sun, that at points seems to be coming from a opposite direction
then the actual sun.
