50% down is required for all work estimates in excess of $1000.
Some new firearm and/or optic orders/purchases may require payment in full prior to ordering. Please call or email for details.
New firearm/optic purchases are non-refundable. If a problem arises I will work with you and the manufacturer to rectify any issues to the best of my ability.
No trades of any kind in lieu of payment.
Upon completion you will be notified by phone and/or e-mail.
Payment in full is due within 30 days of notification.
Any firearm with an outstanding balance past 30 days will become property of WMC,LLC.
Due to the potential of voiding factory warranties and other liability issues, I must insist that newer firearms with a history of factory-caused malfunctions, improperly fitted parts and sloppy manufacturing procedures be returned by the owner to the respective manufacturer for repair.
WMC,LLC reserves the right to refuse service for some firearms.

Shipping and Handling WMC is federally licensed to accept shipped firearms. Customers may ship firearms directly to the shop for service. Firearms will be returned to customers fully insured and requiring adult signature. Complete firearms should be shipped via UPS or FedEx. Disassembled parts may be mailed via USPS Safe Storage While in WMC’s possession, your firearms will not be shown to, handled, or discussed with anyone other than you. All firearms are stored in large, humidity controlled, fireproof floor safes. Security, discretion and privacy rules are recognized and followed at all times.
