Why we made this site

Rezoning of "portions" of lot 13-A-191 (orange on this map) , according to the Windham Director of Planning and Development, is to allow a private road or driveway from Range Road to a currently land-locked parcel (13-A-192).  The land-locked parcel is all ready zoned Limited Industrial.

The map from the State of New Hampshire indicates a Limited Access Right of Way along the Range Road and 111 frontages of lot 13-A-191.  When we contacted the State Right-of-Way Agent, she stated that the intention of this Limited-Access Right-of-Way is to limit curb cuts along the new roadway and to  ensure a smooth and safe traffic flow at the new intersection.  Rather than support the State's access limitation, the Planning Director said that it would be up to the new owner of the lot to approach the State about crossing any Right-of-Way restrictions.
