Do you find this diagram confusing? It is! There are many issues which beg to have these propoposals
defeated. Any two or three of these issues might be considered problematic, but this many issues provide a clear call
to send the zoning change back for further study.
This diagram shows many of the reasons why the Protest Petitions were filed. We first became involved with these items because of the proposed change to the lot adjacent to ours.
The more we investigated the full (functionally identical) proposals, the more it became clear that these items need to be
defeated to allow for proper planning and the wisest use of ALL of the lots involved.
Development of vacant land is nearly inevitable in Windham. These proposals should be defeated so
that this resource (the area cleared of homes and trees for the road relocation) can be used to provide the biggest benefit
to all residents.
